- 1 (8 oz.) bar of cream cheese
- ¾ C confectioner's sugar or 1 C granulated sugar
- ⅛ tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1½ C whipping or heavy cream
- Whip cream until soft peaks form, set aside.
- Add sugar, salt, softened cream cheese and vanilla.
- Fold whipped cream into cream cheese mixture until combined.
- Frost cooled cake or store in refrigerator until ready to use.
